The COVID-19 crisis has created an urgent need for many items, including PPE, respirators, plastic visors, spare parts for machinery, hand sanitiser and others. In some cases, where supply chains have been disrupted either by lockdowns or by the sharp reduction in air freight, items that previously were supplied wholesale are now having to be manufactured in the UK.
To assist during the crisis, Applegate has created this dedicated hub to link those with urgent needs to those who can help supply them. Normally suppliers subscribe to join our network, but during this crisis we’re providing free temporary membership to those who can help get needed supplies to front-line workers. When this temporary hub closes your membership will lapse; there’s no obligation to pay to join after that.
